Registration fees (tentative)
JPY 30,000 for general, JPY 25,000 for student
covering all scheduled events that include lunch/dinner for two days
IMPORTANT: Unlike past JRS meetings, the fee do cover neither accommodation nor excursion. All attendees are requested to book your hotel by yourself. Helpful housing information will be updated on this website. Similarly, the Comittee will not take care about your extra stay in Japan, but there are many pleasant places for leisure, refreshing, and shopping nearby with your own choice.
